There are a few important bits of information that you should know
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:
· authorisation of your payment failed
· we made a pricing or product description error
· you're not eligible to order from Just Imagine UK Limited.

If there are any problems with an order, you'll be contacted by our Customer Services department.
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is despatched.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Please see delivery & returns for more information.

Our delivery, pricing and times
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 8-10 working days, yet delivery could take up to 28 days from the date of your order. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us on 0845 450 8290 or +44 (0) 1243 379770

Returns
If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss, providing you return the product in unused condition with original packaging. If it is a workmanship fault, we will exchange the product for you.

Postage and packing
Postage and packaging is £2.00 for all UK orders. For non-UK orders- please enquire.
